WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
1 ITEM - You can order individual items as long as it is part of an overall club order. Usual minimum orders are a minimum of 5 of an individual garment.
WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?
6 WEEKS - Industry standard is around 6 weeks but can be as low as 3-4 weeks depending on the time of year.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?
FREE - It is free delivery direct to the club kit officer. there will be an additional charge to send direct to individual members.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR DESIGN ARTWORK OR CHANGES?
NO! We don't charge for design, artwork setup or design changes.
CAN YOU DESIGN OUR KIT?
YES - We can design or replicate your current kit... FREE!
CAN MEMBERS PAY INDIVIDUALLY FOR THEIR ORDERS?
YES! We can set up a club shop free of charge, where members can order and pay.
SUSTAINABLE MATERIAL - Much of GSG kit is produced using sustainable material and so could your kit on request.  
WHERE WILL THE KIT BE DELIVERED?

We have 3 ways to deliver your kit to you and your team 

1. Deliver the whole kit to one address in the UK (this is free)

2. Deliver the kit to one address in the UK, but each team member order is bagged individually**

3. Deliver the kit to each individual club/team members address**

I'VE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I RETURN?
NO - unfortunately custom clothing is made to order, so please make sure you have ordered the right size. If you have ordered incorrectly we advise you try selling the item within your club or team. 
THE ARTWORK HAS BEEN SIGNED OFF AND YOU HAVE NOW SPOTTED A MISTAKE, CAN I CHANGE?
YES- IF THE ORDER HASN'T BEEN PLACED.
NO - IF ORDER PLACED AND IN PRODUCTION.
We advise that you get more than one person from within the club or team to check the artwork. Mistakes happen and it is the responsibility of the team, club or individual to confirm and sign off the artwork.
